My name is Philip and I am a certified Personal Trainer, B. Sc. Psychology, and expert Nutritionist. I will guide you on your way reaching your personal goals and to a healthy, fit and strong body. Fitness became my passion through being a competitive Tennis player in my youth. Through weight lifting, high-intensity cardio, body weight training and healthy eating habits I reached my goals and continue to do so. Now, I want to give back to people on their journey to their perfect form. I know about the struggles and that every person is different, which is why our workouts at Royal Private Coach always match the client and meet them where they are. We are not only your trainer but also a coach that helps through every step on the way.

I am specialized on Body- weight exercises, High- Intensity- Training HIT (which is a perfect combination of muscle growth, toning, and cardio), Athletic training, Bodybuilding and Bikini Body transformation. Our lifestyle plays an important role when it comes to reaching our goals faster, and I will help you to micromanage it, by going through your diet, training habits and daily stressors.

Through modern technology, I am able to coach you also where ever you are in this world if you are traveling for work or on vacation. All you need to work out is your body, a laptop with Skype or FaceTime access and a little space to work out. I’m excited and passionate about helping you reach your goals.

A native Californian, Allison grew up in a health-conscious family. At a young age, she was interested in athletics and loved experimenting in the kitchen to make recipes healthier, but still tasty. She attended the University of Colorado, Boulder where she played collegiate level soccer, and received a BS in Broadcast TV Journalism. Inspired by a life of competitive athletics and a passion for health, Allison started her own Wellness Business in 2006 as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and an AFPA Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant. Through her career in personal training, and five years working in a physical therapy clinic, Allison has developed an arsenal of exercise specializations and knowledge working with a variety of demographics.

Her nutrition experience includes teaching nutrition classes to underprivileged teens struggling with obesity, consulting on infomercials for fitness products, and customizing meal plans and lifestyle strategies for individuals and groups, alike. Allison continues to expand her business onto a larger platform. Currently, she is marrying her passion for TV/Media Hosting and Health Coaching. Most recently she has been featured on health, cooking, and nutrition segments on the local LA news stations KTLA 5 and KCAL 9.  She loves to host live cooking events, health seminars, wellness videos, and blogs to bring education and clarity to the latest trends in health and wellness.

Matthew is an experienced strength and conditioning coach, corporate wellness trainer, and mindfulness meditation teacher. Driven by the premature deaths of his parents due to issues with poor health and addiction, he is committed to sharing his knowledge and passion for healthy living with as many people as possible. As a strength coach and meditation teacher, his goal is to combine the benefits of mental and physical training to achieve optimal mind and body health. A former college athlete, Matthew knows what it takes to overcome struggles and achieve goals and he can help you do the same.
